Rich Snebold has been working with family businesses for over 30 years. Rich is founder and president of Snebold Family Business Partners, LLC, an organization committed to the success of family businesses in the region. Rich is one of only two people in Pittsburgh with a certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute in Boston. In 2007, he was named Family Business Advisor of the Year by The Family Business Roundtable in Pittsburgh. 

In May, 2010, Rich received a certificate from the “SuccessCare” group in Ontario, Canada. The certificate was a result of his studies in the area of family business transition and succession planning for family businesses. SuccessCare is the premier organization in North America, instructing advisors how to best facilitate transition in family businesses.
